Strengths of the institution in terms of Teaching Methodology  /Transaction of Syllabus

• Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar was established by Swami Shradhanandji to introduce a synthesis of the best in our past culture and the best of the modern scientific education Faculty of Engineering & Technology is a part of 108 years old Vishwavidyalaya.

• Being a deemed to be University, Vishwavidyalaya always tries to achieve highest standard in education, which should be at par to the highest standards available in that area.

• Students are trained using latest technological set-ups in all experimental areas like Electronics/ Mechanical/ Computers/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Electrical etc.

• Faculty of Engineering & Technology emphasizes on all round personality development by giving personal attentions to their academic/ non-academic problems using teacher-guardian system. Under teacher-guardian system, each teacher adopts 25-30 students. A regular meeting of this group takes place to discuss all issues, which can help in their development.

• All the engineering students take the advantage of fully developed Central Computer Centre, Placement cell and Central library of the Vishwavidyalaya.

• Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar is accredited with four-star status by NAAC in 2002 and reaccreditation is in process. To maintain quality norms, Vishwavidyalaya has established Internal Quality Assurance Cell.
