The Department of Physics was established in 1958 with the start of B.Sc. Classes
  The following Courses are run by the Department
   
  Ph.D. in following areas:
  (i) Bio-electromagnetics
  (ii) Condensed Matter Physics
  (iii) HEP, Gravity & Cosmology
  (iv) Lightning Research
  (v) Material Science
  (vi) Physics of earth quake
M.Sc. Physics with Specialization in:
  (i) Applied Electronics
  (ii) Environmental Physics.
  B.Sc. Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Computer Science
   
  PHYSICS AND VEDIC THOUGHTS (Special course taught in Physics)
   
 
Spirituo - Materialistic: Depicts the role of supernatural power for governance of eternal law.
 
   
  Energy : Depicts the unification of matter and energy, one comes in to manifestation at in equilibrium of the other.
 
   
  Heat, Light, Magnetism, Electricity & Atomic Theory : Depicts the quantization of matter and energy.
 
   
  Cosmic Rays : Depicts the particle and wave-nature of cosmic radiations.
   
  Universe : Depicts the properties of heavenly bodies including gravitational forces, heliocentric structure of solar system, theory of oscillatory universe including Big- Bang.
